Ordering & Production

Q: What's your minimum order quantity for screen printing?
A: While we can accommodate various order sizes, screen printing is most cost-effective for larger quantities. Smaller order quantities are best with our DTF service. Contact us for specific pricing based on your needs.

Q: How long does it take to complete an order?
A: Our standard production time for screen printing is 1 to 2 weeks after artwork approval. Rush orders are available upon request.

Q: What's your production capacity?
A: We have an automatic screen press which allows us to easily print 500-1000 shirts per day, making us capable of handling both small and large orders efficiently.

Design & Quality

Q: What file formats do you accept for artwork?
A: We accept various file formats through Adobe Creative Cloud. For best results, vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred. High-resolution JPG or PNG files may also work.

Q: How many colors can I have in my design?
A: Multiple colors are possible in screen printing. Each color requires a separate screen, which may affect pricing. Contact us for specific details about your design. For full color designs, DTF is usually a better more cost efficient option.

Q: How durable is screen printing?
A: Screen printing is one of the most durable printing methods available. When properly cared for, screen printed designs can last for years without fading or cracking.
